Ain’t we the cutes couple of Nerds you ever did see? I know, it’s so sweet it’s sickening! :)

I Play video games, I like tabletop RPG’s, I talk in strange voices purely to amuse myself and now my newborn daughter, I read comics, I view the world through rose-colored-glasses and with a cynical Monocle – simultaneously, I’ve been a hippy and a Goth, I’m an artist and a musician and a writer and want to make it in all three areas, I internalize everything and transform it into a part of my personality, I’m a Nerd, I’m a Geek, I’m a Spaz, I’m a Dork, I don’t do religion but I do walk a spiritual path, I love being social but also love being left the fuck alone, I love being who I am and sometimes I get on my Bloody-Damned-Nerves, I’m a shy extrovert, I am confidently self-conscious, I have thick skin but I’m delicately fragile, I love you and want nothing from you yet I want everything you have to give, I am a serious goofball, I am a calm mind with a Bruce Banner Complex, I would love a long huge hug and I want to punch someone in the face right afterwards (no not you), I feel as strong as Samson but sometimes I feel like I’m six years old again and I don’t know what I’m doing, I am a lone stranger with all of the friends and loved ones a man can hope for, I am spirit guide and trickster, I am the lightning in the dark, the roar of thunder on a sunny day, I make art for myself but I want terribly for people to understand me…

**deep breath**

I am who I am, and I am constantly evolving
and I am a wierd motherfucker!!

Okay, now that we’ve got that out of the way, lets continue with something that might make more sense to the people who don’t know me.

I am a 31 year old African American Male – that being said, I do not act like the “typical” Black Male. Sometimes I get a lot of crap for it, my response is usually a middle finger in their general direction.

I am originally from New Orleans, LA. (No, I’m not a Saints fan, so don’t ask)

I currently live in Tacoma, WA with my beautiful Wife and an adorable Daughter. My Wife is White, which makes our Daughter bi-racial. We tend not to notice these things. :)

I am a Musician and a Writer and as a result I am both an Audiophile as well as a Bibliophile.

I’m a INFP, and proud to be so (If you don’t know what that means, Google is your friend.)

I have 2 awesome Boston Terriers (Rufus and Alice) and a Calico Cat (Lotte)

I love a good Red Wine, but I have a huge weakness for Mead and Sake.

I’m pretty open minded when it comes to my Television and Film watching, I do lean heavily towards science fiction and fantasy.

I’m Buddhist – and I practice at my own pace. I don’t go to any temple, as I prefer to practice alone. My biggest pet peeve is when people of other faiths attempt to push their religious ideology down my throat – it was fun to get into debates about it at one time, now I just find it Taxing.

I used to be a Hippie, Now I like to think of myself as a bit of a Bohemian – I don’t know how accurate that is in total, but it’s an idea I resonate with.

I am a Nerd and A Geek – unabashedly so. I don’t attempt to be cool about it, or smooth, or whatever. I’m not in high school anymore and I shouldn’t have to make myself look or seem like anything other than myself. It look me long enough to like myself as I am, so that’s not going to change!

I’m an Idealist, so much so that it often leads me to massive disappointment when things or people don’t turn out the way I imagine them to – can’t have it all right.

I am extremely emotional for a straight male, I wear my heart on my sleeve with a large neon arrow pointing to it.
